| I have contacted you many times, concerning shoulder pads in clothing. it's a lot easier to have them in and take them out, than it is to have to sew them in!!!
I have arthritis and my fingers/hands find it very difficult to do, so please consider us ladies that have problems.
ALSO WHAT is with closing ALL the stores? I've asked before and you keep closing all the stores around here. Thank GOD you kept on in Sawgrass, even though it's 1/2 hr drive or more to get there .. but also thank you, thank you for keeping the one in Pompano Beach, at Lighthouse, as we all need it here!.. You closed the one in Ft. Lauderdale, which was even closer and more convenient and it was larger.. The one in Pompano, it's hard to fight thru the clothing to see much and you should get a bit larger store so it can be more convenient for people to get around in.
PLEASE AT LEAST KEEP THAT STORE. or get a larger one close to it, so it can be a bit more convenient to Ft. Lauderdale AND Pompano.. Don't EXPECT people to be purchasing ONLINE..as all your clothing is NOt the same size, even tho it says it is.. different materials fit differently. some are tighter fitting than others. WE don't know that.. UNLESS we can physically see them, try them on !!!!!
So come on people.. how many complaints, begging to you have to get, until you re-open more stores all over??
What kind of business is this??
YES, economy is poor, business is bad, but how can we buy, when YOU aren't making it possible/?You want to close ALL of your stores/?? NOT TO BRIGHT in your thinking unless you just don't want to be in business anymore.. BAD MOVE on your part.. leaving ALL of us without the clothing we truly love and want.. PLEASE RECONSIDER and get us more stores..convenient to everyone concerned!!

| I was so disappointed when Bon Worth closed their store at Eastland Mall in Bloomington, Il. The clothes were stylish, reasonably priced and the clerks always so helpful...rare in this day and age. Since there is no store in Champaign, Il as well, I am now lost as to where to now find Bon Worth. Tuscola is just a long way to go. I realize with the economy the way it is and the rent is high, but sure wish you would consider either Bloomington or Champaign for a store. I really miss Bon Worth. Thanks for letting me vent. |

| I was visiting the outlet mall in Carrolton Ky and to my surprise Bon Worth is carrying womens sizes (1X, 2X, and 3X. I purchased two pair of the dress slacks and love them. Please continue to have plus sizes. How about tops in plus sizes also? Thanks a bunch. |

Now I don`t know what to do called all my friends and we are in the same boat with old Bon Worth clothes.Was told your rent went sky high I understand that problem, but we have alot of empty stores and wished you could find one that would bring you back to us, before we have to wear garbage bags. please try I bet the same gals would work for you. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! ww. |

| Every Holiday and Birthday, I visit my local Bon Worths and pick up a great oufit for my Mom. The one thing she keeps asking for is a pair of white lechute pants in petite. Every season for the last couple years I go in and check with the sales reps. and they tell me that the white was not release as one of the colors this year. Of course, I pick up another beautiful outfit. But, I would like to really surprise my Mom this year and get her set up with her white pants. Could anyone help me find the white in stock at any of the stores. |

| I would like to express my appreciation to the ladies that work at Bon Worth in Seymour, In. The first time I went in there I was treated as though they had known me forever! The manager and the assistant manager go out of their way to make sure their customers are welcomed into the store. | I shop at the Mall in Arcadia, Louisiana and would like to purchase a complete outfit from Bon Worth, but I am tall and all of the matching pants are too short. I need at least a 32" inseam, preferably one that is 33". Is there any chance of this happening? Also, some ladies need larger sizes than you carry in your stores. |

| I love Bon Worth clothes. I'm a very good customer and most of my wardrobe is from Bon Worth. We have empty stores in our Market Place Mall in Champaign, IL., or a new mini mall in Urbana that could handle a new Bon Worth store nicely. Please consider bringing a Bon Worth to the Champaign/Urbana area.

| I do wish Bon Worth would carry more pants in the poplin summer fabric--I wear this fabric year round. Have only been able to buy in black this fall. At one time, this light-weight fabric was available in dark colors such as brick, berry and turquoise with matching tops. Recently went to buy kaiki-colored poplin and none were available---this is a "summer" color and sold out.
Also, I do not wear the shorter capri pants and often the colors and fabric I like are not available in the longer lengths. |

| I go to Boca Raton Florida each February, and one of the first places I go to is a Bon Worth store. I found the Del Rey store closed and was told to go further I am not sure of it was Boynton Beach. Now I find that is closed. They seemed busy enough. I am devastated. | I also shop at the Bon Worth store every time I go to Pigeon Forge TN. Bon Worth is the only store I can go into and find so many things to choose from and like. I have heard that there is a store in Indianapolis, but I haven't been there to check it out. I wish Bon Worth would come to Anderson and liven up the mall there. |

| Shopping in the New Port Richey stoe is wonderful. The Manager there Michelle sure knows she fashion. She has been trying to talk me in to a smaller size for a while now. Last week I gave in and to my surprize she WAS right. I looked like I dropped 20 pounds. The store is always clean and well stocked. The girls are dressed so cute and always willing to help no matter how busy they are. I would be proud to have these ladies in my employment. Only down side, the store is so small I don't know how Michelle gets all the cloths on the racks. Send more sizes of fewer groups. |

| I have recently lost weight. I did take a size extra large petite in the LaChute but now take a regular large. I could fit into a medium except the waist is a little tight but other than that it fits. I did hear that you are going to make the waist a little larger. Is that so? Great. I have been buying at least a dozen black and navy for years. I love when you have the choclate brown and dark forest green. I hope you have them this fall. |

| I am soooo disappointed with the closing of our Bon Worth in Prescott without any notice. First of all my husband bought me a nice gift certificate from this store at Christmas time and he even asked the clerk if there was any chance of them closing the store and she assured him they would NOT be closing. I think this is a big rip off and I am highly turned off with gift certificates. It seems like a nice idea so the person receiving the gift can choose what suits them best but then what happens to me left holding a gift certificate? |

| I have enjoyed shopping in two of your stores--one in Longview, TX and the other in Sulphur Springs, TX. I live in Amarillo and there are no Bon Worth stores here or near here. A new shopping center, Western Crossing, has recently be constructed in an excellent location. It is located adjacent to I-40 on Western Street. This would be an excellent opportunity to put a Bon Worth store in prime location. |

There are lots of outlet malls much closer than Alpine or Las Vegas. Please have both an on-line store and some retail outlets in more California Malls. I love your clothes! |

| I love Bon Worth. It's a wonderful store and the quality of merchandise is perfect. I wish you would consider opening a store in Champaign, IL. and also McAllen, TX. With the population of Champaign, I think it would go over very well. We have a wonderful mall called Market Place. Also, in McAllen, TX. there are thousands of retired people who go to the Rio Grand Valley area in the winter and it would go over big in that area. Please consider it.

| I always pick up a few things at the Tanger Outlet store when vacationing in the Ft. Myers area. The clothes are very similar to the Alfred Dunner brand but much less expensive. We sure could use a store in the south county area of St. Louis. St. Louis Mills is way too far to drive at these gas prices. Also...can't understand why there is no way to order on line. | Just a note: Three years ago while celebrating our 50th class reunion in Laughlin, we happened on your store. We each bought clothes, and returned again the next day and bought more. Today, as I was doing laundry, I thought I would try again to see if you had somewhere close where I could view and buy your clothes. I absolutely love them as do my friends who bought clothes when I did. I would visit any place again just to buy my clothes there. And I might add the girls who helped us out were wonderful. | I just shopped at Bonworth for the first time ever at the South Mall in Allentown,PA. I bought 7 tops,1 3 piece outfit,and a pair of slacks. What a great shop. The clerk,Tammy, was so helpful and pleasant. What a difference from most stores today where the clerks cannot be bothered to find something for you.
I wish we had one in Bethlehem. I would be there every week!! I am retired and actually found clothing that was not for teens but refined adults. The quality looks great and the selection was terrific. I wish they would add plus sizes to their line so I could get many of my friends to shop there. I found their sizes run a little bigger so instead of plus I was able to take lg. or x-lg in everything. I even got a jacket in a medium.It is a good idea to try everything on to be sure of the sizes. Please open one in Bethlehem. we have a small strip mall near us with the perfect vacant store to rent! That would make my day!! |
