| My older sister showed me this site and I too think it'd be an awesome idea, not only will it draw business, but like she said there is a Boardwalk here and we have been slowly attracting many tourists and celebrities and many other stores making major business at downtown Shreveport and allover the new mall called The Boardwalk. There is a huge variety of shoppers/customers here that would especially love a CCO and would add a great addition to the mall!!! So please bring a CCO here!!!

| Okay so when I went to a CCO it took me 2 hours to drive to go to camarillo outlet. and I drove ONLY for the CCO.
It was my first time and I got to say...
SERIOUSLY!?
There was like 1 or 2 eyeshadow.. 2 mineralized skinfinish, and 1 blush!
They had like 2 pallete and there weren't even heatherette or neon sci fi.
there was only 1 thing from fafi and not even a dozen lip glosses,
when I asked the worker if they had the Little Darlings collection she said no and just walked away...
BAD EXPERIENCE....

| I love my CCO or CCS. I don't know what people are talking about. The ladies there are nice except for once when I called the store to see what was available, the lady said I have alot of customers in the store so hurry up and when I went there, there were merely 2-3 people in the store. Otherwise, I like it because there is great service and no limit that you can only buy $75 worth of stuff or only three of each thing. I love these stores!! |

| I went to the cosmetics store located at the Woodburn outlets and have honestly never received such horrible customer service in my life! I had been a loyal customer for years now, but after the service I received I will never go back! Either that store needs all new management or they will be losing a lot of customers! |

| I love my CCO. The one that I go to is at Bridgeport Village in Tigar, OR. It takes about 45 minutes to get there by driving. I've only been there twice and it's quite quiet and slow and the sales clerk seem so bored. I'm sure the atmospere would be different if it was at a busier compound. There should be one at Downtown Portland or somewhere in Clackamas. The Clacakamas would be a good place since it's such a huge mall and anytime of the day, there's a whole lot of shoppers. I would totally work for the company if it were to open either at Clackamas or Downtown. |

| This past weekend was going to purchase several MAC items at the Albertville, MN store - was told I couldn't purchase more than three of one SKU - understandable - except the person who told me (I believe she was the manager) was incredibly rude about it - I asked when this new rule was started because I've purchased many, many items there before and was never notified of this. I've spent hundreds of dollars there - I'm a cosmotologist and makeup lover - no intentions of selling the products I buy - unfortunately, they lost out on a very large sale and I will not be shopping there again - nor be telling any of my friends, family or coworkers to go there because of how rude the workers are. |

| The Williamsburg VA outlet needs to have a lesson in customer service. The clerk (MR) was rude when I attempted to purchase 5 items. I was told the policy only allowed 3 items & (MR) actually hid the other 2 products in the back storeroom so I would be unable to come back & buy the products. The policy should have been clearly posted in the store. I'll stick to Dept Stores..much more customer service oriented. I hope (MR) finds a job better suited for hide & seek. SHAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| I currently live in a city with no places to buy MAC or any of the other brands of makeup I love (No Macy's or anything). It would be nice to have a CCO here instead of having to drive 3 hours to get to any place that carries the makeup I wear. |

| I was able to find the product I was looking for at your company in the Napa store but when I called for info I was told #1 you don't quote prices over the phone and #2 You don't ship products out so you have to come in to purchase. | We need a CCO OR CCS in the Aventura area Miami, the mall is so common to everyone so it would be cool to have one or even in the Dolphin Mall area. I know there is one at Sawgrass Mills Mall Outlet but they need stock [they never have any good stock or they carry minimal products, its the worse, its sucks]. Just a waste of time going there. |

| FYI, I don't know if the one by me is the only one who does this, if you have a "Off 5th" (an outlet/discount store for Saks 5th Avenue) store near you, some of them have a CCS in the actual store. There is an Off Fifth in the Ontario Mills (for any Southern California people) mall by where I live, and there is a CCS in there. So you may want to check that out, because they don't list them here. |
