| I was very disappointed with the produce I received as a gift. I tried to exchange it and they would not let me. The perfume I received was bad had not smell. Will never shop there. My daughter got it as a gift for me. I didn't want my money back just exchange. There return sign was very small. I work in retail and we inform everyone that makes a purchase of our policy. Poor customer service and not friendly. |

| My wife and I spent CONSIDERABLE money to purchase five products for gifts. We wished to exchange one of the products and were informed (by two managers) that no exchanges or refunds were allowed by rules of corporate policy. One manager also stated that she was not permitted to reveal the name or address of the "corporation" also due to company policy; both infractions resulting in being fired from their positions.
This company, Designer Fragrances & Cosmetics Co., is totally removed from the satisfaction to their customers and moreso, ignorant to their employees who are belittled with the title of "manager". |

| I recently visited the Designer Fragrances & Cosmetic store in Huntley, IL. The salesperson was very nice and informative about the Lacome products. She did advise me that all sales are final, which I accepted. She proceeded to look at the items I was about to buy to checking the color and that the products were new in the packaging, not switched. I have pruchased a number of the products in the past and will continue to do so. Thank you. |

| called your store and found the item i was looking for--juicy tube swirl in candy twist. was told it was on sale but since i wanted it shipped(i live 2 hours from the nearest store) then i would have to pay full price for the gloss. Is this normal practice? Why would you do this to someone who already is 2 hours from the closest store. Do you not need any business? Not sure what to do. I would have purchased more but was very upset and turned off by this ridiculous policy. Bad Business in my opinion.
