Want to share my contact with manager Michael at the Tanger Outlet location. Earlier in the day I was at the store trying to have a battery replaced. The two girls that were working at the time said they were unable to work on my watch. They offered to change the battery but said if they removed the back of the watch they would be unable to close it. This was not the first time the battery had needed to be replaced so I was not clear what they were telling me and knew if they opened the watch they would not be able to close it. I left. Later that same day my daughter called the store and spoke to Michael and explanined to him what had happened. He apologized and said if I returned to the store he felt sure he would be able to help me. Half an hour later my watch was up and running again thanks to Michael. He went above and beyond good customer service. He cleaned my watch, reset it and would not take any payment for the battery. A bit thank you to Michael.
