| Was on vacation in Lancaster in Pa and decided to do some shopping at Tanger Mall. Stopped in at the Movado Store and was immediately turned off by the lady in the store. It was clear that she was not interested to tend to us. She was tending to another customer, but could have stopped for a second to (pleasantly) let us that that we would be tended to shortly. Instead she dragged out her conversation with the lady who wasn't buying anything, entertained the lady's baby, saw them through the door, then came over to ask if I needed help. Wow!!!
I looked around and chose a beautiful watch, and after paying for it, she asked to see my i.d. I was shocked and insulted. I immediately asked that my money be returned to my credit card, and that she did with a smile. There was no way I was going to have this woman (WHO HAPPENS THE STORE MANAGER) treat me this way.
It was obvious to me that she does not care about the company nor (certain) customers. I was mortified by her behavior, and will never set foot in that store again. |

| Very unsatisfied with the customer service from the Movado Company Store in San Marcos, TX. We have called and talked to two different store workers, who both said they were two busy to take an order over the phone. They stated that they would call us back, never have. We had also left a message on their answering machine, no return phone call. I understand that people get busy and truly appreciate that they want to talk to the customer in the store, but never to have five minutes to call us back, BAD SERVICE! |

| Watch was great in the showroom, but when we got home and took it out of the bag, it was no longer working -- what's up with that? |
