| Response time for online shopping very disappointing. Website indicates 4-6 business days. My order took the entire 6 days, plus the weekend non-business days; from a Sunday pm order placed, to the following Monday delivery. Website fails to mention that Cedar Falls, Iowa, to be the warehouse location for online merchandise. Very pokey, and I am refusing order and returning unopened. Customer Service defensive of store methods, and unresponsive too. I can shop anywhere, and I prefer better service. |

| Please live up to your reputation as a responsible community minded business, and stop selling fur.
My family and friends have always enjoyed shopping at Nordstrom's, and it was our favorite department store at the International Mall in Tampa, Florida -- until we discovered the selling of fur.
Every year over 50 Million wild animals suffer and die for fur.
This is cruel and inhumane, and not necessary, especially in this day of quality synthetics that have been proven to be far superior.
Thank you in advance for Nordstrom's decision to do the right thing, and stop selling fur.
