| How could they let all these great stores close? I guess the big developers decided they wanted more "high-end" stores and clientele. Just remember, this is Wilmington, Delaware, not New York or LA. We needed an affordable place to shop, but it wasn't meant to be. What will come in its place? Stores too expensive for the working person to afford. The end of great shopping. |
