| A Sub King employee named Michelle was very rude to two sets of potential customers Sunday, July 5th. It was 15 minutes before closing time and she was already closing up shop, putting up chairs, etc. When I arrived, she basically told me they were closing in 15 minutes...leave. A few minutes later, two gentlemen arrive and she told them the same thing. It's a shame - I wonder if her employer is wealthy enough to have his/her employees turning away customers in such a rude manner. Yes, it was a weekend and yes, I'm sure she wanted to enjoy the day, but any employee who puts her personal desire to leave above providing what she's HIRED for...an employee who hurts present & future business isn't an employee worth keeping. I tried contacting Sub King before posting this review, but they don't list their phone number. I wonder if it's too avoid customer complaints. This, also, is unfortunate. I would rather have spoken to the manager in person than posted a public complaint. |
