| I don't know who is in charge of this mall but i found it to be dirty and not very well kept. I thought there was going to be promotions to increase shoppers. I drove all the way out there from the City and ended up going home not buying anything. Very dissappointed. I know others who feel the same. |

| Obviously this person does not get to very many Outlet Malls. Preferred Outlets may be lacking in stores, but it is one of the cleanest centers I have been to. Most outlet malls in Missouri don't even have air conditiong in their bathrooms. I will continue to visit the stores still holding on despite the economy. |

| My cousins took me there today for the first time. It was like a ghost town. Alot of the stores closed up. I hope this economy turns around for the better. It looks like it would have been a very nice mall if it had more stores opened. |

| If you have a merchant that is now out of business and you hold a gift certificate, I would contact the State of Missouri's Attorney General. You can probably do this online by completing a claim or complaint form. Any money they can recoup will be shared with you. Good luck. |
